Compassionate Support for Children, Teens, and Families

I provide therapy for children, teens, young adults (ages 0–21), and new moms, using a playful, integrative approach rooted in connection, curiosity, and care. I support clients navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, behavioral challenges, ADHD, attachment concerns, neurodiversity, and school-related stress. I have a special passion for helping families during times of transition—whether adjusting to school changes, family shifts like divorce or relocation, or the unique challenges of military life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children and their caregivers can process change, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Benefits of Play Therapy

Play therapy gives children a safe and supportive space to express themselves, explore their emotions, and make sense of their experiences—using the language they know best: play. Through play, children can work through difficult feelings, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. It helps them process challenges in a developmentally appropriate way, supporting healing, growth, and resilience.
